How to download and install
Android installs from an APK on our website, and iPhone adds the app as a PWA through the browser.
Android, step by step
Open our website in your phone browser and download the APK. When your phone asks, allow installs from that source, then open the downloaded file, confirm the installation and launch the app from your home screen.
iPhone, step by step
Open our website in Safari and sign in. Use the share menu to add the site to your home screen, then open it from the new icon like any other app.
Security
The safest setup is to install only from our official website and keep your phone locked.
Where to get the app
The APK and the PWA both come from our website, and nothing is distributed through Google Play or the App Store, so any store listing under our name is not ours.
Account checks
Your verification status follows your account, and we commonly request documents before a first withdrawal or after unusual activity.
Locking your phone
A passcode or your phone’s own biometric unlock keeps the app out of other hands if your phone is lost.
Support
Our live chat runs 24/7, covering NZST and NZDT, and it is available to app players as well.
Communication channels
Use live chat for quick questions, or write to [email protected] and expect a reply normally within 24 hours.
Responsible gaming
A responsible gambling notice is displayed on our site, and a strict 18+ age restriction applies to every account. Set a budget before you play on your phone.
